Where do hydrofoils and ferries depart from Salerno?
There are generally two ports in Salerno from which hydrofoils and ferries depart: the Molo Manfredi and Molo Masuccio Salernitano (Piazza della Concordia). The pier at Piazza della Concordia is a few hundred meters from the train station where high-speed trains arrive, while Molo Manfredi is a couple of kilometers away, and it is from the latter that hydrofoils to Capri depart. If you are arriving in Salerno by cruise ship, then the port of embarkation will be just a few meters away, namely Molo Manfredi.
How to reach the Masuccio Salernitano pier from the Salerno train station?
The Masuccio Salernitano pier at the Piazza della Concordia is located a few hundred meters from the Salerno train station, so it can be easily reached on foot in about 5 minutes.
How to reach Mafredi Pier from Salerno train station?
Salerno's Manfredi Pier at Freedom Square is about 2 km far from the Salerno train station, so it is reacheable by bus (line 6) leaving from the train station square, or on foot with a walk of about 20 minutes along the waterfront.
Is it possible to carry luggage on the ferry?
Luggage can be carried on the ferry, but there is an additional charge of about 2 euros per piece of luggage.

Where can I park my car in Salerno?
On ferries to and from the Amalfi Coast or Capri, cars and motorized vehicles cannot be embarked. Embarkation of cars to reach the island of Capri is possible only from the ports of Naples.
